What is Tactical Strength and Conditioning?
Whether in the military, fire and rescue, law enforcement, or other emergency responders, our team will conduct needs analyses and physical testing sessions to determine the ideal way to implement our training programs. Strength and conditioning can also help improve athletic performance.
Tactical strength and conditioning is a program that is formulated to help improve on-the-job performance and reduce the chance of fitness-related injuries. These types of injuries can include knee injuries, sprains and strains, and shin splints. Injuries can also occur from lifting too much weight, running in ill-fitting shoes, or overworking the same muscle group. The TSAC program is a certification based and prepares certified TSAC members with the education to properly train first responders and athletes.
At Trinity Physical Therapy in Houston, we apply our scientific knowledge to help you improve your physical performance and reduce the risk of injuries to ensure you are physically prepared to handle the job’s demands.
